Temperament …
Pepper- Timid, wary of people, enjoys some gentle affection on his terms- slowly gaining confidence, playful
Polly- Friendly, loving, playful, timid/wary at times- warms up to people quickly
Indoor-only or outdoor access? Either- Can be strictly indoor only cats or alternatively eventually have safe outdoor access after at least 6 months settling in period.

Our story so far…
We came into the sanctuary after we were rescued from a car lot on a very busy road. Our mother was a stray that had given birth there. We had lived there until we were around 6 months old before we were rescued. Our three siblings had been found a week before and were dumped at the sanctuary gate.
I (Polly) am the more confident one. I am a very sweet, gentle and friendly girl. I can be a little timid and wary but it doesn’t take me long to warm up to people as I am very loving and enjoy attention. My brother Pepper is much more wary and timid than me. He was quite nervous to begin with but is slowly getting braver around people now and does enjoy a little chin rub now. We are both typical playful kittens and enjoy playing with our toys and occasionally with each other! We are bonded as we are often seen snuggled together or sleeping next to each other.
Home we are looking for…
We would prefer an adult only home however could live with a sensible older child 13+. We do need a calm quiet home where we can feel comfortable. We would need one room set up for us to begin with to settle in at our pace.
We could live with other cat friendly cats (Any cats must be vaccinated and neutered and proof will be required as per sanctuary policy to ensure responsible ownership).
Due to our timid natures we would prefer not to live with any dogs.
We could be homed as indoor only cats in a home with sufficient space and plenty of enrichment for us.
Alternatively we could eventually be allowed ‘safe’ outdoor access but we MUST remain strictly indoors for at least 6 months whilst we settle in and gain confidence. We will NOT be rehomed on or near any main/busy/fast roads or railway lines for our own safety.
A home with a catio or cat proofed garden would be a bonus for us to keep us safe instead!

Diet..
We are currently fed wet and dry kitten food. We have scrumbles kitten dry and whiskas kitten wet food. It is advised to feed at least a good quality dry food. It is recommended that we stay on the current food we are on whilst we settle in a new home.
Medical history…
We are all healthy kittens with no current heath concerns.
